Shipping policy

At TOMA ARTZ, every item is custom-made on demand through our printing partner, Artelo. Because your piece is crafted specifically for you, orders undergo a brief production window before being handed off to the carrier.

• Production & Fulfillment: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for printing, quality checks, and packaging. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

• Estimated Shipping Times: Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, while international shipping takes 7 to 14 business days depending on customs and local carrier schedules.

• Customs & Import Fees: International packages may incur local customs duties, VAT, or tariffs upon arrival. These fees are set by your local government and are the buyer's responsibility.

• Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping details at checkout. Once an order enters production, we are unable to update the delivery address or intercept the package.

If your artwork arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please reach out to us at tomaarzt01@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
